Files

The Files section is your central hub for all document operations. Here you can upload, manage, search, and share documents. Use this section when you want to add new documents, organize existing ones, or collaborate with others.

Uploading Files

The upload area provides various methods for adding new documents to EASE-AI. Choose the method that best suits your device and requirements. All upload methods support automatic categorization and entity extraction.

Upload Methods

  • Drag and drop files directly into the upload area
  • Click 'Browse' to select files from your device
  • Use the camera button on mobile devices to capture documents
  • Upload via shared upload links (requires permission)

Supported File Formats

EASE-AI supports a variety of common document formats. Each format is automatically processed and optimized for text extraction and categorization. The supported formats are specifically selected for document processing.
