Account

The Account Management gives you complete control over your Ease instance. Here you can customize your profile, manage API access, invite team members, and view usage analytics. Visit this section when you want to change your account settings or set up team collaboration.

Profile Management

Profile management allows you to personalize your Ease account. Customize your account information, update your contact details, and manage your preferences. An up-to-date profile is important for the correct functioning of all Ease features.

Profile Options

  • Full Name - Update your display name
  • Email - Change your registered email address
  • Password - Set a new account password

API Token Management

API token management is the central place for managing your API access. Generate new tokens, manage existing access, and monitor API usage. Secure handling of API tokens is essential for system security.

API Token Features

  • Generate new API tokens [sidebar -> API-Token]
  • View your current API token
  • Revoke existing tokens for security

Team Invitations

The team invitation function enables seamless integration of new team members. Define access levels, send invitations, and manage team permissions. Perfect for growing teams and projects with multiple stakeholders.

Team Access Levels

  • Read-only - View-only access to documents
  • Upload-only - Can upload but not modify documents
  • Full Access - Complete document management (requires manager approval)

Team Invite Options

  • Maximum usage limit (1-100 uses)
  • Expiration period (1, 7, 30, or 90 days)
  • Automatic email invitations to new members

Usage Analytics

Usage analytics provides detailed insights into your EASE-AI usage. Track document activities, analyze usage patterns, and optimize your workflows. The analytics help in continuously improving your document processes.

Analytics Features

  • View total document count
  • 30-day usage history visualization
  • Daily document creation trends

Account Deletion

Account deletion enables the complete removal of your EASE-AI account and all associated data. This process is permanent and should be performed with caution. All data will be deleted in accordance with data protection regulations.

Deletion Options

  • Delete database records (files will also be deleted)
  • Remove stored files from file storage (only the files will be deleted, not the database records)
  • Permanent account deletion (all data will be permanently deleted)
